Locum Doctor (Telemedicine)

About the role

Ordinary Folk is building a telemedicine platform that connects patients across Asian cities with qualified physicians. As a Locum Doctor, you will deliver remote medical consultations, diagnose conditions, and create treatment plans for patients accessing care online.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations, providing medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations.
• Manage patient follow‑ups and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records in line with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong telemedicine regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Required profile

• Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• Completion of the Ministry of Health online training course for telemedicine.
• Minimum three years of post‑qualification clinical experience.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) are a plus.
• Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between 9 am‑9 pm weekdays and 9 am‑6 pm weekends.
