Locum Pharmacy Technician – Part‑Time (3‑Month Contract)

About the role

This is a flexible, part‑time locum position for a Pharmacy Technician in Singapore. The role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving pharmacy environment while supporting inventory and order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check and repack inbound stock.
• Process medication orders and prescriptions according to established standards.
• Perform quality checks on picked orders and pack them for delivery.
• Collaborate with the informatics team to support IT and automation system implementation.
• Manage inventory, including replenishment, cycle counts and stock‑take.
• Execute billing procedures for services rendered.
• Coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients, handling reconciliation and issue resolution.
• Assist with general housekeeping and management of pharmacy consumables.
• Provide cross‑functional support and, if appointed, lead the assigned section.
• Undertake any other ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science (completed).
• Willingness to commit to a three‑month contract.
• Junior‑level experience or fresh graduate ready to work in a pharmacy setting.
