Logistics Analyst

About the role

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join its hub operations. Reporting to the Hub Manager and collaborating with the Operational Excellence team, the analyst will focus on delivering customer‑focused solutions while driving continuous improvement across the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Apply lean principles to boost operational performance and optimise warehouse resources.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects from gap identification through solution design, implementation and change management.
• Support the Operations Manager by monitoring and analysing KPI, productivity, billing and account P&L data.
• Partner with the Key Account Manager to maintain customer satisfaction and identify value‑creation opportunities.
• Work with Innovation, Automation and WMS teams to implement or fine‑tune technology solutions.
• Contribute knowledge to the OpEx community and participate in trainings and workshops.

Required profile

• Degree or Master’s in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business.
• Understanding of lean principles and continuous‑improvement tools.
• Strong data‑analysis and crunching abilities.
• Comfortable presenting to customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Team‑player with good interpersonal skills; no prior experience required.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables).
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of VBA (desirable).
• Basic knowledge of SQL (desirable).
