Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will manage the flow of engine spares and related hardware within the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory, timely issue and receipt, and smooth coordination with operations, planning and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Account for all items in kitting, report discrepancies promptly to the Cell Leader.
• Supervise warehouse staff and collaborate with Operations, Planning, Procurement and ROCs.
• Prevent delays in receiving and issuing spares to shop floor and sales support.
• Prepare daily reports on kitting material, layout progress, receiving, issuing and inventory.
• Issue engine spares and hardware using SAP and layout sheets, maintaining accurate stock counts.
• Ensure switching forms are submitted before retrieval and perform twice‑daily milk runs.
• Coordinate receipt of serviceable spares from inspection cycles and distribute subcontract parts after engine release.
• Oversee packing and delivery of spares to the warehouse and perform daily 6S activities.

Required profile

• Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, logistics or supply‑chain operations (entry level welcomed).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong result‑orientation, adaptability and initiative under pressure.
