Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Maersk Contract Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support order fulfillment, inventory and shipment activities. The role works closely with customers and internal operations teams to ensure smooth logistics processes and timely communication.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and operations teams on order fulfillment, inventory and shipment matters.
• Provide operational updates and feedback to customers, coordinating issue resolution.
• Generate KPI and transactional reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Verify vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse supply usage and raise purchase orders for replenishment.
• Coordinate urgent order fulfillment with customers, operations, and transporters.
• Maintain accurate and timely system transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the logistics industry.
• Positive attitude, strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Exceed System.
