Logistics Executive

About the role

The Logistics Executive will support the end‑to‑end movement of inventory, both physical and virtual, ensuring accurate processing, timely delivery, and smooth coordination across multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and tally incoming stock against relevant documentation.
• Accurately process incoming inventory data into the system.
• Generate delivery orders (DO) and align them with the appropriate payment method.
• Handle delivery of virtual goods such as software licences.
• Liaise with Procurement, Finance, Sales and other departments to resolve stock discrepancies, align warranties, and coordinate documentation.
• Arrange order‑fulfilment schedules for in‑house drivers.
• Produce and maintain logistics‑related reports in an orderly manner.
• Perform additional administrative tasks, including filing.
