Logistics Executive

About the role

SIKA (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sika AG and a manufacturer, trader and supplier of specialty construction chemicals, is looking for a Logistics Executive in Singapore. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Logistics and covers export logistics management, documentation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute logistics arrangements for export sales orders.
• Source and evaluate freight forwarder quotations and negotiate cost-effective transport solutions.
• Liaise with forwarders on sailing schedules, trucking, container stuffing and fumigation.
• Apply for tax rebate certificates and certificates of origin for export shipments.
• Prepare full sets of export shipping documents accurately and on time, working with the Supply Chain team to confirm stock readiness and monitoring factories for timely goods handling and documentation.
• Generate delivery orders for Finance to enable timely invoicing.
• Monitor and reconcile warehouse stock movements to support inventory accuracy and cost control.
• Maintain relationships with logistics service providers, factories and other parties.
• Ensure logistics operations comply with local and international regulations and safety standards.
