Logistics Officer

About the role

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defence company, is hiring an on-site Logistics Officer in Singapore. The officer handles incoming parts, stock control, picking and issuing, and supporting the logistics team with day-to-day warehouse and receiving tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Check delivery orders to verify received quantities and perform a visual quality check of items.
• Verify purchase orders are recorded in SAP and receive parts through the system, generating labels.
• Stock received parts in their designated locations after IQA inspection, and pick parts according to the pick list with correct quantity and batch number.
• Practice FIFO (FEFO where stated), verify RSN parts and return them to the correct locations.
• Handle material transactions such as PO receipts, issues to jobs, RSN and other relevant movements.
• Receive repaired components from customers and submit the receiving paperwork to Sales & Marketing.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, follow all safety procedures, and prepare export documentation so the delivery order matches the packaging.
• Perform weekly cycle counts of GASCA stock, pack and unpack shipments, and carry out other delegated tasks and ad-hoc projects.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
• Good work attitude and team player.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Forklift licence preferred.

Required skills

• Able to use Microsoft Office software and SAP.
