About the role
The Logistics Service Coordinator will manage and execute customer orders, ensuring compliance with PSA BDP Ethics and contractual requirements. This position involves end‑to‑end shipment handling and close interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Process orders, plan, book and coordinate transportation, and manage customs export/import procedures.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, invoicing, filing and provide shipment feedback via mail, phone or EDI.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, report non‑conformances according to KPI targets, and ensure use of approved subcontractors at agreed rates.
- Guarantee punctual, flawless order handling while adhering to health, safety and sustainability policies.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, forwarding operations, regulations and documentation.
- Professional degree in logistics or forwarding from a recognized institution (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft software applications and other leading logistics platforms.
