Logistics Specialist – Warehouse & Cold Chain Management

About the role

The Logistics Specialist (STHC) is responsible for overseeing warehouse and cold‑chain operations, ensuring safe, efficient handling of goods and equipment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading, cross‑docking, and shipment consolidation in accordance with 5S principles.
• Manage warehouse security, hazardous‑goods handling, and temperature‑sensitive cargo procedures.
• Execute container stuffing/unstuffing, transhipment, and transloading activities.
• Maintain accurate transaction documentation and asset records.
• Identify operational shortfalls, report issues promptly, and support incident or crisis management.
• Apply environmental protection and workplace safety (WSH) standards.
• Utilise SAP/WMS and other technology tools to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• GCE N/O Levels or NITEC qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Forklift licence preferred.
• Strong team player who can also work independently.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Forklift operation (preferred).
