Logistics Specialist – Warehouse & Cold Chain Management

About the role

The Logistics Specialist – Warehouse & Cold Chain Management ensures safe, efficient handling of goods and equipment within a warehouse environment. You will support daily operations, deliveries, asset management and documentation while adhering to company procedures and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading, cross‑docking and shipment consolidation.
• Maintain warehouse security, 5S standards and WSH compliance.
• Operate SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other technology tools.
• Handle dangerous, temperature‑sensitive and time‑critical cargo.
• Execute container stuffing/unstuffing, transhipment and transloading.
• Identify operational shortfalls, maintenance needs and improvement opportunities.
• Support incident, crisis and risk‑assessment activities.

Required profile

• GCE N/O Levels or NITEC qualification.
• 1‑2 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Good team player, capable of independent work.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Forklift licence (preferred).
