Luxury Jewelry Retail Sales (4.5 days workweek, training provided)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our jewellery retail team in Singapore. The role involves selling gold, diamonds and other luxury items while providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries, product selection and feedback.
• Promote and sell gold jewellery, diamonds and luxury goods.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising standards and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with store policies during retail hours, weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Willingness to work a 4‑5‑4‑5 rotating schedule, including public holidays.
• Interest or passion for the jewellery industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
