Maintenance Service Tech Lead

About the role

As a Maintenance Service Tech Lead you will oversee the operation and upkeep of critical data‑center infrastructure in Singapore. You will work with a world‑class technical team to ensure safety, reliability, and cost‑effective performance of mechanical and electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Maintain systems such as chillers, air handling units (AHU/CRAHU), fan coil units, ventilation fans, split air conditioners, pumps, leak detection, roller shutters, power distribution boards, UPS batteries, and generators.
• Develop and maintain site‑specific maintenance documentation and procedures.
• Manage change processes and coordinate vendor activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in a data‑center or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems used in large facilities.
• Ability to create and enforce maintenance procedures and change‑control processes.
• Effective communication with cross‑functional engineers, supply‑chain specialists, and security experts.
