Management Associate, Lower Secondary Science

About the role

The Pique Lab is seeking enthusiastic science lovers to join as Management Associates for lower secondary students. You will support both online and onsite classes, helping students aged 9‑16 develop a genuine appreciation for science while gaining valuable teaching experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage classroom operations, monitor student progress and address learning needs.
• Prepare and deliver lessons in line with the company curriculum, simplifying complex concepts and correcting misconceptions.
• Create supplemental learning content such as articles and instructional videos for students to access outside class.
• Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on performance and recommendations for improvement.

Required profile

• Passion for science education and inspiring young learners.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with students, parents and team members.
• Graduate or recent graduate eager to start a career in education.
