Management Associate, Primary Science Teacher

About the role

The Pique Lab is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join as Management Associates who will teach primary‑level Science to students aged 9‑16. You will work in a fast‑paced, tech‑enabled environment, delivering both online and onsite lessons while helping learners develop a genuine love for Science.

Key responsibilities

• Manage online and onsite Science classes, monitoring student progress and motivation.
• Prepare and deliver lessons aligned with the company curriculum, simplifying complex concepts and addressing common misconceptions.
• Create supplemental learning content such as articles and instructional videos for students to access outside class.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s performance and recommend improvement strategies.

Required profile

• Strong passion for Science education and ability to inspire young learners.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and team members.
• Graduate or recent graduate eager to start a teaching career.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative, flat‑structure organization.
