About the role

BCS, a wholly owned subsidiary of the NETS Group, manages and operates clearing and payment infrastructure such as FAST, IBG, CTS, PayNow and SGQR. Its Management Information Systems team provides first-level support for laptops and workstations. This is a full-time internship available from January 2027 onwards.

Key responsibilities

Provide first-level troubleshooting and maintenance of endpoint devices (laptops and workstations)
Install and set up new endpoints
Administer user accounts, including creation, deletion and unlocking in Windows Active Directory
Work with users on laptop and workstation handover
Take part in projects and process improvement work

Required profile

Current polytechnic or university student in Information Technology or Computer Science
Full-time availability starting January 2027
Good communication skills and willingness to learn

Required skills

Basic hardware and software knowledge for first-level troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of Windows Active Directory user account management
Ability to install and set up new laptops and workstations
