Manager, Human Resource (HRBP & Talent Acquisition)

About the role

Singapore Institute of Technology is seeking a dynamic, results-driven HR Business Partner cum Talent Acquisition Specialist to support both strategic HR functions and end-to-end recruitment. The role partners closely with business leaders to drive people strategies while helping the organisation attract, hire and retain top talent. It is a fixed-term position within the Human Resource division.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, aligning HR and hiring strategies with business goals
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, forecasting hiring needs and building talent pipelines
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding
• Work with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure quality hiring decisions
• Advise on employee relations matters, including performance issues, grievances and disciplinary actions
• Help deliver organisational change and job redesign initiatives
• Drive performance management, including goal setting, appraisals and performance improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company HR policies
• Analyse HR and recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and turnover rates, and maintain accurate HR records

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or a related field
• At least 8 years of HR experience, including talent acquisition and HRBP exposure
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical, resourceful and able to build trust across levels
