Manager, Sales - ESMB, Singapore

About the role

Salesforce is hiring a Manager, Sales for its Emerging Small Business & Small Medium Business (ESMB) segment in Singapore. This is an evergreen posting for a first-line manager who drives sales growth in the ESMB segment, defines revenue-growth strategies and runs both the strategic and operational levels of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Account Executives, including recruiting, hiring and training new members on the sales process
• Lead client and prospect meetings and work cross-functionally with stakeholders and corporate resources
• Mentor and coach the team on business development and opportunity management, and coach direct reports on strategies to drive closure
• Run weekly forecast meetings and report sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
• Monitor the team's sales activity and track results, and be responsible for the team's forecast accuracy
• Help define and implement the sales plan to achieve corporate objectives

Required profile

• Extensive software sales experience in individual contributor and management roles, including sales management
• Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software environment and in a high-volume transaction environment
• Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
• Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Working knowledge or experience of the CRM space
• Excellent presentation and listening skills
