Manager / Senior Manager, Corporate Planning (CPD)

About the role

The Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is recruiting a Manager or Senior Manager for its Corporate Planning Division (CPD). The role drives SWDA's corporate strategy and governance, tracks performance outcomes and facilitates international and bilateral engagements. The Senior Manager handles more complex work and manages additional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the corporate planning cycle and develop the corporate workplan
• Conceptualize, track and report key performance metrics and outcomes
• Represent SWDA in international engagements and build strategic partnerships
• Coordinate key Board activities and requirements
• Lead corporate planning, turn long-term goals into organisational plans and hold senior management retreats
• Design and oversee enterprise-wide theories of change and performance indicators, and report consolidated performance insights
• Develop and manage the international and regional engagement strategy, including ASEAN forums, and coordinate international visits and protocol matters
• Provide secretariat support for Board and senior management meetings and ensure Board governance, appointments, induction, remuneration and reviews

Required profile

• Proactive, driven and results-oriented, with strong writing, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Meticulous, able to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and manage multiple priorities
• Manager: up to 6 years of relevant experience in corporate planning; those with no experience but involved in relevant projects may apply
• Senior Manager: at least 6 years of relevant experience in corporate planning

• Experience in corporate planning, performance management, data analytics and/or international engagement is advantageous
