About the role

The Corporate Communications Office at NTU is seeking a Manager of Social Media & Content to amplify the university’s research, education and innovation achievements across digital channels. Reporting to the CCO leadership, you will shape the voice of NTU on professional platforms, primarily LinkedIn, and drive engagement with diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop content opportunities from NTU’s research outputs, publications and academic milestones for distribution on owned social media channels.
• Write, edit and tailor social media posts for different platforms and target groups, ensuring the appropriate tone of voice.
• Manage end‑to‑end content operations for assigned accounts, including scheduling, publishing, community engagement and performance reporting.
• Apply platform best practices such as optimal format selection, tagging and hashtag usage to maximise reach and discoverability.
• Track, analyse and report on content performance, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify high‑performing assets for further amplification through organic and paid strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum six years of experience in content creation, digital communications or journalism.
• Proven ability to write for varied audiences and seniority levels with sensitivity to tone and style.
• Experience managing corporate or executive social media accounts, especially on LinkedIn.
• Comfort with social media analytics and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism when working with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised, proactive and capable of handling multiple content streams simultaneously.
