Manager, Subscriptions & Loyalty

About the role

As the Manager of Subscriptions & Loyalty for foodpanda, you will lead the growth of the subscription program across multiple markets in Europe and APAC. You will own performance metrics, define market‑specific strategies, and work closely with product, pricing, commercial and marketing teams to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Own subscription growth performance, tracking metrics such as GMV %, subscriber growth and retention.
• Define and execute market‑specific growth strategies, testing and scaling the most impactful levers.
• Translate customer insights into improvements of the subscription value proposition.
• Lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market initiatives in partnership with product, commercial, marketing and local teams.
• Provide clear, data‑driven insights and success metrics to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in top‑tier consulting, FMCG, investment banking or high‑growth tech, preferably with subscription or growth focus.
• Strong first‑principles problem‑solving ability and comfort with ambiguous business challenges.
• Solid analytical foundation, experience with P&L ownership and ROI‑based decisions.
• High self‑motivation, ownership mindset and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Clear, structured communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced international environment.
