Marketing Executive – Factory Automation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to drive multi‑channel campaigns and strengthen our brand presence in the factory automation sector. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content and deliver data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise eDM, CRM and digital marketing campaigns, including A/B testing.
• Develop marketing content for eDMs, websites, landing pages and promotional materials while ensuring brand consistency.
• Track campaign performance using GA4, UTM parameters and analytics tools; prepare regular reports.
• Gather customer and market insights through surveys, interviews and field visits.
• Coordinate marketing projects with internal stakeholders and external vendors, supporting ad‑hoc initiatives and process improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience; fresh graduates with relevant internships or portfolios are welcome.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM or email‑marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication and project‑coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience in B2B, industrial or manufacturing marketing is a plus.
