Marketing Intern – Goods (Jan 2027)

About the role

Join Carousell Group as a Marketing Intern focused on Goods, starting in January 2027. You will help design and run marketing campaigns both inside the app and on external channels, while gaining hands‑on experience in data‑driven performance measurement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement marketing campaigns across in‑app and out‑of‑app channels and monitor their performance.
• Ensure day‑to‑day operational excellence of marketing activities.
• Conceptualise and execute social‑media strategy, creating engaging visual and written content for platforms such as RedNote.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to produce marketing assets and support data reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to optimise in‑app campaigns using CRM tools and analyse user behaviour.
• Generate low‑cost social content, filming and editing short videos, and stay updated with social trends.
• Utilise generative AI tools to streamline ideation, copywriting and insight generation.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Marketing or Business degree at a polytechnic or university.
• Familiarity with social‑media platforms (especially RedNote) and their content requirements.
• Strong copywriting ability and proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Capability to extract insights and recommendations from large data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite applications (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
• Innovative mindset, multi‑tasking skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Keen interest in Carousell’s second‑hand marketplace and willingness to commit full‑time for six months.
