Marketing Manager: Campaign, Community, and Content

About the role
ThunderWear Asia is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to lead campaign, community and content initiatives. Based in Singapore, you will own the full customer acquisition funnel and drive brand growth across online and offline channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute ThunderWear’s on‑line and off‑line marketing content strategy.
- Design, launch and manage end‑to‑end online and community campaigns.
- Coordinate interns, freelancers, partners and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns and content.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, website, email, YouTube and in‑store channels, focusing on audience growth and visual excitement.
- Apply deep knowledge of platform algorithms (IG, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit) to optimise reach.
- Produce ad copy and visuals for Meta, Google and TikTok advertising campaigns.
- Balance paid, owned and earned media efforts within a start‑up budget.
Required profile
- Strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence and creativity.
- Hands‑on, solution‑oriented professional comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Based in Singapore and able to work onsite full‑time.
Required skills
- Social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit.
- Paid media platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Content creation and community management.
- Campaign planning and execution.
- Understanding of platform algorithms and ad copy creation.
