Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system used by more than 675,000 businesses, is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager in Singapore. The role develops and executes automated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention, working with Marketing and Sales teams worldwide to run ABM strategies with Marketo and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and execute B2B marketing campaigns in Marketo, including email templates, workflows, segmentation and automation rules, and oversee their technical optimisation.
• Create landing pages from team-maintained templates and follow best practices for landing pages and email.
• Build and manage target account audiences in Demandbase, Hightouch, Salesforce and Marketo, and activate them via LinkedIn, Google Ads or Meta Ads for retargeting.
• Develop complex automation workflows in Marketo, including lead nurturing, drip campaigns and triggered communications.
• Support regional Marketing and Sales teams on Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach and Hightouch.
• Ensure ABM activities comply with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and internal security policies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, especially in a B2B environment.
• Track record of deploying successful ABM campaigns with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven approach and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio of landing pages, email campaigns or other digital marketing assets.
• Preferred: Hightouch or similar CDP experience, Adobe Marketo Engage certification and basic SQL.
