Mechatronic Technician (Electrical)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Mechatronic Technician (Electrical) to join our manufacturing team in Singapore. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting mechatronic systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance on mechatronic systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software malfunctions.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Ensure systems are correctly configured for optimal operation.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate new technologies.
• Provide technical support to operations and production teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Develop and update technical documentation, including maintenance logs and manuals.
• Maintain safety and quality standards for all mechatronic systems.
• Implement quality control measures to improve reliability and efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an electrical or related role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic principles.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to travel for servicing when required.
