Medical Monitor

About the role

As a Medical Monitor at PSI, you will join an international medical monitoring team dedicated to ensuring the safety and scientific integrity of clinical trials. Based in Singapore, you will work on the front line of medical science, helping to bring new medicines to patients in need.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients, project teams, sites, DSMBs, regulatory agencies and vendors on medical matters.
• Collaborate with internal departments to prepare clinical development plans, protocols, investigator brochures, reports and scientific presentations.
• Review and analyse clinical data to ensure participant safety and compliance with approved protocols.
• Address safety issues, support pharmacovigilance activities and lead safety monitoring boards.
• Participate in bid defense meetings and identify program risks with mitigation strategies.
• Ensure study team compliance with local regulatory agencies, ICH and GCP guidelines.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor degree; board‑certification in a therapeutic area (e.g., Oncology, Infectious Disease, Gastroenterology, Hematology, Internal Medicine) is desirable.
• Prior experience in clinical research and familiarity with local health authority interactions.
• Ability to train clinical monitors and physician investigators and build constructive relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
