About the role

A FinTech merchant operation and support position based in Singapore, advertised by Manpower. The role supports merchants through onboarding, document verification and day-to-day operations, acting as the main point of contact for merchant inquiries.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist merchants with onboarding and compliance documentation.
  • Verify merchant documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Act as the main liaison for merchant inquiries and support.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain merchant records and documentation, and resolve documentation issues and discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports and support daily merchant operations.
  • Manage merchant leasing contract renewals.
  • Handle administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.

Required profile

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in merchant operations, administration, customer service or a related support role.
  • Experience handling documentation, data entry and record management with attention to detail.
