Nurse Manager – Renal Dialysis

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our renal dialysis centre in Singapore. The role combines clinical expertise with operational oversight to ensure safe, high‑quality haemodialysis care for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the dialysis centre.
• Ensure delivery of safe, compassionate, holistic, and high‑quality haemodialysis care.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, especially for complex dialysis cases.
• Maintain high standards of infection prevention and patient confidentiality.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement clinical guidelines, quality‑improvement initiatives, and best practices.
• Support accreditation, quality assurance, and continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board practising licence.
• Certification in Renal Nursing (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of dialysis nursing experience in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management abilities.
• Passion for mentoring and developing nursing professionals.
• Commitment to patient‑centred, safe, and quality healthcare.
