Office & Workplace Experience Specialist – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for an Office & Workplace Experience Specialist to be the heartbeat of our Singapore satellite office. Reporting to local leadership and partnering with our Global HQ in Germany, you will create a vibrant, friction‑free environment for the APAC team while ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Own space planning and layout optimisation to keep the office functional, inspiring and efficient.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee pantry, equipment inventories and local operations budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, external suppliers and global IT/Office teams.
• Design, organise and execute local team events, celebrations and cultural initiatives that boost engagement.
• Partner with People teams to deliver seamless onboarding for new hires and visiting international colleagues.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in office management, workplace experience, event coordination or HR operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Autonomous problem‑solver who acts decisively and is solution‑oriented.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Agile and resilient, able to handle changing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills that uplift the office atmosphere.
• Basic Mandarin proficiency (B1 level or higher).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite, especially Sheets and Slides.
