Operations Executive – Coordination of Sales, Production & Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive to serve as the central hub between Sales, Production, Supply Chain and Logistics. You will ensure seamless order fulfilment from receipt to delivery, maintaining clear communication and resolving cross‑departmental bottlenecks.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison among Sales, Production, Supply Chain and Logistics to guarantee smooth order processing.
• Track order status across all stages, communicating updates, delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate manufacturing schedules and capacity with Production to align with sales commitments.
• Work with Supply Chain to secure timely availability of raw materials and address shortages.
• Arrange shipment and delivery with Logistics, monitoring shipment status and handling delivery issues.
• Identify process bottlenecks, maintain order trackers, and propose improvement solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on order fulfilment status and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 1 year of experience in operations, supply chain or logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multi‑department liaison.
• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking and working under pressure with tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience is a plus).
