About the role

The Operations Executive will provide essential operational support to clinical departments across Singapore. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will help implement and monitor projects, drive process improvements, and justify new services and funding in line with the hospital’s strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

Deliver operational support to clinical departments and liaise with stakeholders on project implementation.
Monitor and evaluate ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Identify and execute process‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Prepare business cases for new services and funding requests.
Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators to sustain strong financial performance.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in hospital operations is advantageous.
Critical thinker with strong self‑motivation and excellent communication abilities.
Team player who can also work independently.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office.
