Outdoor Sales - Air Conditioning & Facilities

About the role

A full-time, permanent outdoor sales position based at Toh Guan Road East, with a 5-day work week. The role is split 50% hunter and 50% farmer: you will build relationships with renovation contractors, interior design companies and air-con contractors, and also actively seek new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong rapport with a network of renovation contractors, interior design companies and air-con contractors, and household owners.
• Prepare pre-sales materials such as project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, technical specifications, and deliver catalogues and engineering data to customers.
• Attend site meetings, handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Follow up on issues raised and complete any other duties assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of technical experience with knowledge of air-conditioning systems or facilities management.
• Able to speak at least one Singapore dialect.
