Paralegal – Legal Operations (Disputes & Insurance)

About the role

Join Surbana Jurong’s Global Legal team as a Paralegal (Legal Operations) supporting the Disputes and Insurance sub‑functions. You will work closely with the Director of Dispute Resolution, providing litigation assistance, policy development, and administrative support to the Singapore legal office.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare litigation reports, chronologies and conduct fact‑finding investigations.
• Draft and deploy global dispute policies, procedures and best practices.
• Maintain global litigation registers in collaboration with regional teams.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate document review, trend analysis and data entry.
• Support insurance workflows, including proposal preparation, certificate and invoice drafting, and premium collection.
• Manage the Chief Legal Counsel’s schedule and provide general administrative assistance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a paralegal, legal operations, forensic, investigative or analytical role.
• Law graduates with up to 2 years post‑qualification experience are also considered.
• Strong understanding of contracts and basic litigation documents.
• Excellent command of English and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI/LLM tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Advanced use of Microsoft 365 suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.
