Paralegal (Legal Tech & Innovation)

About the role

Allen & Gledhill LLP is looking for a motivated Paralegal to support its legal teams and contribute to innovative projects that blend law with emerging AI and digital tools. The role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, offering exposure to process‑improvement initiatives and technology‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal research, drafting and case‑file management support.
• Assist in the implementation, testing and adoption of AI‑enabled legal applications.
• Collaborate with lawyers and technology teams on process‑automation and innovation projects.
• Maintain compliance with firm standards and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support project‑based work related to operations, workflow optimisation and digital transformation.

Required profile

• Diploma in Law & Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Singapore law and legal procedures.
• Tech‑savvy attitude with a willingness to learn new digital tools and AI applications.
• Interest in innovation, operations and process improvement.
• Curious, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑evolving environment.

Required skills

• Understanding of AI applications within a legal context.
• Familiarity with legal technology platforms.
• Strong digital fluency to bridge legal and technical domains.
