Part-Time Sales Advisor (ION, MBS, Raffles City, VivoCity)

About the role

H&M Group is hiring a Part-Time Sales Advisor for its COS stores in Singapore (ION Orchard, Marina Bay Sands, Raffles City, VivoCity) from 1 November 2026 to 13 February 2027. The Sales Advisor greets customers, provides high-level service and helps create welcoming brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them throughout the shop, from the cash desk to the fitting rooms and shop floor
• Process deliveries and replenish stock
• Merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor

Required profile

• Customer-focused, adaptable and action-oriented, with strong communication skills
• Eager to learn, open to feedback and a brand enthusiast
• Schedule flexibility: willing to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
• Commitment of up to 35 hours per week during the contract period
• Open to being based in any of the four Singapore stores
• Only open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents who can commit fully for the duration

Preferred but not mandatory

• Previous retail experience with store operations and customer service
• Ability to advise customers on fashion trends, materials and sizing
