Part-Time Sales Advisor (NEX Serangoon)

About the role

H&M is looking for a part-time Sales Advisor for its NEX Serangoon store. The Sales Advisor delivers the best customer experience, puts customers first, shares product and fashion knowledge and helps colleagues build a positive working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a great customer experience.
• Fold, hang, display and merchandise garments to maximise selling opportunities.
• Process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.
• Open, unpack and label merchandise with security tags.
• Support customer purchases and returns at the register.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, merchandising and/or customer service.
• Team player with a proactive, helpful approach and a positive, flexible mindset.
• Communicative and socially confident, able to act independently and quickly.
• Effective time management, stress-resistant and good at prioritisation.
• Fashion knowledge and interest in fashion trends, with a selling mindset.
