Part-Time Sales Advisor - United Square

About the role

H&M is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor for its United Square store in Singapore. The role sits in the Store Team and reports to the Store Manager, working alongside other store staff such as Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers and Cash Office Responsible, and connecting with the wider Area Team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, guide them through the store and help them find what they need while showcasing the products.
• Share fashion and product knowledge so customers can make informed choices.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service throughout the customer journey.
• Keep the sales floor and back of house well-stocked, organised and inviting.
• Support with opening and closing the store.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or a similar field.
• Passion for fashion and for delivering an in-store experience that promotes products and drives sales.
• Thrives in collaborative, dynamic environments.
• Communicative, creative, curious about store technology, eager to learn and develop.
• Flexible and action-oriented.
