People & Culture (HR) Leader, South East Asia & Pacific

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a People & Culture (Human Resources) Leader for the South East Asia Pacific (SEAP) region, based in Singapore. The role has a dual purpose: leading the SEAP Regional Office's People & Culture function and acting as an HR business partner to SEAP hotels so that their people practices align with group standards and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of People & Culture Managers and advise corporate and hotel leaders on people and culture practices
• Plan and direct succession planning and talent management, and lead annual workforce planning and budgeting for the SEAP Corporate Office
• Oversee the Corporate Office payroll and ensure employee data in Workday is accurate
• Lead the annual Talent Review and support performance management, coaching and mentoring leaders
• Monitor Group mandatory programmes and hotel reporting, and act as a change agent for new initiatives
• Advise on budgets and staffing for pre-opening hotels, support pre-opening task forces and organise the annual SEAP HR Workshop
• Perform other reasonable duties as directed by the Vice President, People & Culture

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage
• Senior HR leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, managing HR teams across multiple hotels or business units
• Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases, investigations, conflict resolution and disciplinary matters
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR compliance and governance, and strong change management and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and support multiple hotel locations

Required skills

• Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office and people analytics tools; experience with HR technology is preferred
• Ability to use HR data and analytics to shape people strategies
