People Development & Strategy Lead – Regional People Team

About the role

The Regional People Team is seeking a People Development & Strategy Lead to shape and execute leadership development initiatives across Asia and LATAM. Reporting to the People Team, you will work closely with senior business leaders to embed a learning culture and drive high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an overall leadership development strategy, integrating best‑in‑class practices and emerging AI‑driven approaches.
• Create, deliver, and continuously improve high‑impact leadership programs for multiple levels across the region.
• Conduct leadership diagnostics, translate business needs into targeted development interventions.
• Own end‑to‑end program delivery, ensuring quality execution, learner experience, and measurable impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (master’s degree advantageous).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, specifically in Learning & Development, Training, Leadership or Talent Development.
• Proven ability to facilitate and engage senior leaders in large, complex organisations.
• Highly adaptable, curious, and comfortable experimenting with new tools and approaches, including AI.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with a results‑driven mindset.
