People Strategy Consultant, Regional People Team

About the role

Join Shopee’s Regional People Team as a People Strategy Consultant and drive the people agenda across the region. You will lead high‑impact projects that shape performance, learning, talent, and organisational design to support current and future business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute people‑strategy initiatives across domains such as Performance & Rewards, Learning & Development, Organisation Design, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition.
• Research industry best practices, synthesize data, and assess feasibility of proposed projects.
• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, collaborating with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
• Measure, evaluate and report on the impact and effectiveness of initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience.
• Hands‑on experience in at least two of the following areas: Talent Attraction/Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Organizational Development/Transformation.
• Strategic thinker with strong business judgement and people intuition.
• Analytical mindset with solid project‑management and execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive, collaborative team player comfortable with ambiguity.
