Pharmacist – Central Singapore (Permanent, SGD 3,950‑6,000)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our outpatient pharmacy team in Central Singapore. This permanent position offers a competitive monthly salary of SGD 3,950‑6,000 plus an Annual Wage Supplement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care, including dispensing and counselling patients on medication use.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff about medication safety and administration.
• Identify, resolve, and prevent medication‑related problems.
• Ensure accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceutical items.
• Participate in corporate quality‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Board.
• Fresh graduate or entry‑level candidate; hospital experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willingness to undergo on‑the‑job training.
• Proof of measles (or MMR) immunity and Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years, or commitment to obtain them before start.
