Planning and Control Planner

About the role

The Planning and Control Planner will support production and engineering teams by ensuring material availability, maintaining accurate MRP data, and managing inventory levels. This role is critical to keeping manufacturing schedules on track and supporting the development of next‑generation semiconductor equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain SAP production order release schedule and perform order rescheduling or TECO as needed.
• Conduct pre‑shortage analysis to increase component availability at release and perform work‑order variance analysis.
• Review MRP execution, reconcile supply and demand, and validate master scheduling requirements.
• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and provide status reports on ECOs and ECRs.
• Participate in floor audits, resolve WIP issues, and attend production meetings to report material shortage dates.
• Analyze inventory usage data, order parts to meet service levels, and manage obsolete inventory.

Required profile

• Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in production planning and inventory control.
• Understands key business drivers and applies them to daily tasks.
• Provides informal guidance to new team members without formal supervisory responsibilities.
