Pricing Manager

About the role

The Pricing Manager will own and execute Delivery Hero’s pricing strategy across APAC and EU markets, shaping fee structures for millions of users. You will work closely with marketing, product, data analytics and senior management to drive business value and enhance price perception.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement pricing strategy for a cluster of APAC and EU markets.
• Drive innovative pricing initiatives, including AI‑powered tools and automation.
• Identify, test and scale opportunities to capture customer willingness to pay while maintaining competitive perception.
• Build and align pricing experimentation roadmap across cross‑functional teams and local markets.
• Support target setting and achievement of the customer fee P&L, managing hundreds of millions of euros.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in pricing, analytics, top‑tier consultancy or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or a similar quantitative discipline.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and proven experience communicating at all organisational levels.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for data analytics and a track record of tackling complex problems autonomously.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills in matrixed organisations.
