Principal Consultant – International Tax Technology (APAC)

About the role

Orbitax is seeking a senior Principal Consultant to lead client success and platform adoption across Singapore and the broader Asia‑Pacific region. You will be the primary contact for high‑profile multinational clients, helping them maximise the value of Orbitax’s AI‑powered International Tax Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior Orbitax representative for key APAC clients, managing relationships at director and VP level.
• Lead regular business reviews, proactively identify client needs, and ensure full utilisation of the platform.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client issues, resolving them with urgency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with clients to map international tax and compliance workflows, configuring the platform to support Country‑by‑Country Reporting, Pillar Two, and other regulatory requirements.
• Identify gaps between current client usage and platform capabilities, driving adoption of new features and updates.
• Provide hands‑on guidance, training, and regional expertise to implementers at all levels.
• Work with global product, implementation, and support teams to advocate for client needs and influence the platform roadmap.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of international tax regulations, including global minimum tax (Pillar Two) and Country‑by‑Country Reporting.
• Proven experience in senior, client‑facing roles within tax, finance, or professional services.
• Strong curiosity about how technology transforms tax functions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
