Procurement Executive

About the role

The Procurement Executive will lead end‑to‑end purchasing activities, ensuring cost‑effective sourcing and compliance with internal policies. This role supports the organization’s operational efficiency by managing vendor relationships and overseeing print‑room services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full procurement cycle: sourcing, vendor evaluation, and purchase order processing.
• Negotiate prices with vendors to achieve cost efficiency and value‑for‑money outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, approval limits, and internal controls.
• Monitor vendor performance, handle escalations, and resolve service issues.
• Assist in print‑room management, coordinating print jobs and overseeing vendor service levels.
• Perform data analysis and reporting on procurement activities, including exception monitoring and cost tracking.
• Support audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation and following SOPs.
• Handle KM copier helpdesk enquiries to ensure smooth printing operations for staff.
• Participate in special projects and process‑improvement initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in procurement or vendor management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Good understanding of procurement controls and compliance requirements.
