VAL Operator Specialist

About the role

The VAL Operator Specialist works independently to ensure that technical inspections, validations and diagnostics meet DSV’s high standards of quality, safety and documentation. You will support engineering teams and help maintain line readiness for our logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical inspections, verification and basic diagnostic activities autonomously.
• Perform SUR, fraud checks or equivalent technical validation according to customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot process or product‑related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assist engineers with equipment setup, process validation and line readiness.
• Guarantee that all technical tasks comply with quality, safety and documentation standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on technical experience in testing, inspection or repair operations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability.
