Product Engineer - New Product Introduction

About the role

KLA, which makes inspection tools, metrology systems and process solutions for electronics, is hiring a Product Engineer for its KLA Services team in Singapore. The role sits within the New Product Introduction process for Surfscan and Wafersight products, working side by side with the engineering team so that designs are reliable and meet serviceability requirements. Travel of up to 30% domestic and international is required.

Key responsibilities

• Drive serviceability requirements for various systems and subsystems.
• Work with engineering teams across multiple products throughout the company.
• Help improve serviceability, including reducing the cost of service, improving reliability and boosting operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a multi-discipline system environment, preferably with mechatronics, mechanical or electrical experience.
• Solid engineering and data analysis fundamentals.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
