Product Engineering Engineer / Senior Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an innovative Product Engineering Engineer (or Senior Engineer) to join our Product Engineering Department. You will work in a fully equipped SMIF cleanroom environment, collaborating with business lines and customers to drive silicon yield and product reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure first‑time yielding silicon and benchmark D0 for baseline and new products.
• Identify and resolve product, test, and fab‑process yield limiters quickly.
• Act as technical interface with business lines and customers for yield improvement.
• Perform pre‑tapeout risk assessments and communicate necessary actions.
• Conduct product yield analyses, fault diagnostics, and failure analyses (electrical and physical).
• Work with customers and mother fab on Design‑for‑Manufacturing (DfM) issues.
• Lead yield‑improvement task forces and low‑yield disposition activities.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Physics.
• 2–8 years of experience in product/test engineering, failure analysis, or process integration.
• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and wafer fabrication processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
