Product Manager - Hardware-Enabled Technology

About the role

EPOS Pte Ltd is looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and continuous improvement of technology products that combine physical devices, software capabilities and operational workflows. The role works closely with business, operations and technology teams to turn user and operational needs into scalable product solutions, across the full lifecycle from requirements gathering and design through testing, implementation and ongoing optimisation. It is an on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive product enhancements across hardware-enabled products and supporting digital platforms
• Gather business and user requirements and turn them into clear product requirements and solutions
• Work with Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, Sales and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Coordinate hardware and software integration requirements and ensure alignment across product components
• Drive product testing, UAT, pilot implementation and production rollouts
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, operational workflows and product efficiency
• Manage product issues and feedback, prioritising enhancements with stakeholders
• Monitor adoption, usage and performance to find opportunities for continuous improvement
• Maintain product requirements, documentation and operational materials, and support implementation across markets

Required profile

• 3-5+ years of product management or related product experience
• Experience with hardware-enabled products, smart or connected devices, or integrated hardware/software solutions
• Understanding of how hardware interacts with software applications and backend systems
• Experience managing requirements, testing, implementation and ongoing enhancements
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams, analytical approach and comfort in a fast-paced environment
